"The EVS volunteers will find their role and place in the mentioned context and will be invited to join every step of our activities: in the beginning they will join our already ongoing projects and than, once they will feel confortable with italian language and get acquainted with our working methodology, they (if willing to) can try to organize and project new activities according to their own ideas and interests.
They will be fully integrated into the local and international activities we organise, either through participation or by being part of the staff; volunteers will also be stimulated to take part in International events (Council of Europe trainings, YiA seminars, etc) exactly on the same level of the “internal” volunteers of the association."

ЄВС вакансія в Португалії – шукаємо хлопця-волонтера!

Молодіжна організація «Іскра» терміново шукає волонтера (хлопця) для проекту Європейської Волонтерської Служби (ЄВС) тривалістю 9 місяців в місті Брага, Португалії.

Що отримає волонтер? Повне покриття витрат: 100% витрат на проживання, харчування, кишенькові гроші, медична страховка, місцевий транспорт, мовні курси, віза і 90% витрат на проїзд до Португалії і назад.

Яку роботу виконуватиме волонтер? Він працюватиме з дітьми і молоддю, що походять з національних меншин, матиме змогу  розробити власний проект для молоді.Разом з ним працюватимуть інші волонтери з Європи.

Кого ми шукаємо?

-          комунікабельну і креативну людину

-          віком від 18 до 30 років

-          з дійсним закордонним паспортом

-          зі знаннями англійської мови

-          попередній досвід роботи з дітьми і міжкультурний досвід вітаються!

International Training courses. How to apply

The Youth in Action programme runs training courses throughout the year for youth workers and young people for the preparation and implementation of projects. Many of these are specific to an Action but there are also training courses for organisations and individuals interested in a specific theme.
Please note that participants should be at least 18 years old. Be aware that the training courses listed will be in English, without the possibility of permanent translation.
The host National Agency will pay for accommodation, meals, any local transport and 70% of your travel costs.

This SSV offers the information and knowledge about youth policy and youth work in Finland and aim is to have future cooperation in between the South East Europe and participating countries within YiA –programme.

Objectives
Linked to the aim are different objectives.
• To give an overview to Finnish youth policy and youth work
• To promote equal and solid partnerships
• To share experience and good practises
• To clarify the concept behind YiA -projects (why and how) and their life cycles
• Give an overview of where and how to find information on various things (the Youth in Action Programme, partner finding, local funding)
Methodology
There will be different methodologies used during the SSV, such as presentations, project visits, workshops, as well as informal space.
